We collect information you provide directly (name, email, company when you contact us or request a demo), usage data generated by your use of the platform, and technical information (IP address, browser type for security purposes).
We use collected information to provide and improve the StandardVault platform, communicate about your account and product updates, send compliance content you have opted into, detect fraud and security incidents, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers who help us operate the platform under strict agreements, professional advisors under confidentiality obligations, and law enforcement when legally required.
Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after termination. Contact submissions are retained for 3 years. You may request earlier deletion by emailing privacy@standardvault.net.
You may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export the data we hold about you. To exercise any right, contact privacy@standardvault.net. We respond within 30 days.
We implement TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, AES-256 at rest, MFA, RBAC, annual penetration testing and continuous vulnerability monitoring. StandardVault maintains ISO 27001:2022 certification.
